The EK Wagon G Safety Package is a small “light-RV” / kei-car — a compact city-car built by Mitsubishi under chassis code DBA-B11W. Its engine is a 659 cc, 3-cylinder DOHC 12-valve petrol engine (engine code 3B20), producing about 49 ps (≈ 36 kW) at 6,500 rpm, and around 5.7–6.0 kg·m (≈ 56–59 Nm) of torque. Transmission is a CVT automatic, and the drivetrain can be front-wheel drive (FF) or — depending on the variant — full-time 4WD.
In terms of size, it’s very compact: about 3,395 mm long, 1,475 mm wide, and 1,620 mm tall, with wheelbase of 2,430 mm — ideal for tight city streets and easy parking.Inside, it’s a 5-door hatchback with seating for four, and with modest interior space common to kei-class cars.
Safety and basics are decent for its class: driver and front-passenger airbags, ABS, traction control (TRC), seatbelt pretensioners, brake-assist / EBD, and a body design meant to absorb energy in a crash are part of the “Safety Package.” That said — like many kei-cars — it’s built for urban commuting, short trips, and fuel efficiency, rather than heavy loads or long-distance travel.
